1-3 yrs IT recruitment experience with strong C2H exposure. Excellent communication and convincing skills, aggressive with closures yet polite and patient. Good understanding of IT skills, roles, and end-to-end hiring processes.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire (C2H), and permanent roles.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and evaluate technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Negotiate offers, manage closures, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and pipeline reports.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pool for recurring and future requirements.
  • Collaborate with account managers and business teams to meet hiring timelines.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on IT skills, market trends, and hiring best practices.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment, with strong exposure to Contract and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
  • Good understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets.
  • Experience handling end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and alternative channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
  • Aggressive with closures while remaining polite, patient, and professional.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in communication.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
